YWCA recognizes Kathleen Hayes as a role model to women with her winning attitude and her innate ability to bring the best out of everyone. A natural leader, Kathleen used her skills as a visionary, entrepreneur and true optomist to create i.d.olody. It was her dream to build a women-owned, full-service, marketing communications and design firm in her hometown of Cleveland, Ohio. Kathleen is responsible for new business development and overseeing all marketing services for clients of i.d.olody.
All i.d.olody clients benefit from the wealth of marketing knowledge and direction provided by the leadership of Kathleen. Her professionalism combined with that “anything is possible” approach continues to develop winning business relationships.
Kathleen began her career with Chicago-based Saatchi & Saatchi Worldwide in media planning and placement for Toyota and later joined ABC-Radio, Chicago. In 1996 she moved to the legendary stations of Chicago, The Loop and AM1000, where she was responsible for Sports Marketing Campaigns with the Chicago Bulls and Chicago White Sox play-by-play broadcasts. Kathleen managed clietns such as, Toyota, Amoco, Ameritech, Anheuser Busch, Salerno Cookies and more. In 1999 Kathleen move home to Cleveland to work with the play-by-play broadcasts of the homecoming Cleveland Browns season and WMJI. It was in 2000 that Kathleen opened i.d.ology, a full service marketing communications and design firm.
